Promotional Products are not guaranteed for replacement if damaged or non-functional over the time. Products and supplements are non - refundable and cannot be reimbursed for any value.

Supplements can be purchased by recommendation. Nevertheless, they can only be exchanged or returned if there has been a health issue approved by our Health Practitioner.

Our Hourly rated  services are non- refundable after your consultation.

NIA-Weight Loss Program will provide a full refund to clients only before the first consultation / assessment analysis (1.5 hours). A processing fee of % 3.5 is deducted if paid by Credit Cards. The partial refund claim can be done in the first week before the start of program .

The program stands by our Satisfaction Guarantee Claim and works best with 100% satisfaction when clients  fully complied with the program(s) by attending all weekly meetings, binding to the counselor's advice and completing the food  journal. The client must record weekly weigh-ins that will also be recorded in our clinical session notes and must provide proof that they are not seeing effective results. If a client is not satisfied with the weight loss, it is the client’s responsibility to contact us as soon as the issue arises, in order to provide us with the opportunity to change our plan in order to help our client reach their goal. Please note that an Administrative Fee of $199  is non- refundable if the client has accessed the members only site,  attended the first 1.5 hour (in person or virtual) consultation/ assessment analysis session, or has received the first week starter diet plan. 

•  We have a 24 hours cancelation policy. A 24 hours notice is required for all appointments. A full price will be charged for no show and late cancelations.

We have no control over the nature, content and availability of those sites. The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within them.
• Refer a friend:   It applies to members only. As a member when you refer a friend , and your friend signs up for one of our weight loss packages for at least 3 months. You will get a $ 50  cash back on your next month program, and your friend gets 15% off on her /his first initial assessment / administration fee.
